 ADOPTING HIGH QUALITY ALLOY STEEL
FULLY SEALED NEEDLE BAR DRIVE MACHANISM
Supported at both ENDS. Stabilized sewing without
needle oscillation is possible even at high speed
and  the fully sealed structure prevents oil scattering
to eliminate oil-stained products.

 ADOPTING OIL FORCING REVOLVING DEVICE
The new design assures fully lubrication of the
needle bar & prevent it from oil leaking problem .

New design of the upper looper mechanism

Besides, the looper insert from the front, which

Needle Driving Crank Rod in our machine made of Copper which enable this part become long lasting as well as CROSS structure of this part which make it lighter and stronger.

Over Looper Connecting Rod in K-CHANCE machines equiped with a Fixed Hook which enable Looper Connecting Rod work steady and prevent problems that might occur due to vibration.
Upper Looper Shaft Fixed Holder in K-CHANCE machine consist of two Oil Felt which will keep enough oil in this system and prevent any possible problem due to lack of oil.
On the other hand We use CHROMIUM COATED Needle Bar in our machines in order to make it long lasting and more durable.
