Shaft in our button hole machine consist of 3 BALL BEARINGS These 3 bearings made in Japan and very durable. Different than other manufacturers we use bearings instead of bushing because of bearing make transportation of machine very quiet, speed faster, more durable,no need lubrication and bearings will not get hot even if long time running.

Above same bearings we also apply to base of machine head due to result is excellent.

In our button hole machines, instead of Gear we prefer to use Timing Belt which enable machine run faster and quiet. Even if high speed, result will be a wonderful stitch quality.
Thanks to our special part while testing machine no need for you to install cover back again and again. You can test machine when cover off. In the world right now only K-CHANCE can offer you such facility which will absolutely save your time.

Different than other manufacturers we use Round Shape Knife Bar, which make it more durable and make it so difficult to break so that K-CHANCE save your money as well as your reputation in your customers' eyes.

If you want to adjust Oil Level,No need for you to spend time to check inner of machine head , Just do it within a few seconds thanks to oil window of ours that exists only in K-CHANCE

This part allowed belt go back to Low Speed from High Speed exactly within a short time without any floating.

Only K-CHANCE use Oil Drain Screw made of Steel Iron, in order not to let customers have problem such as Oil Leakage.
